The panel discussion will cover all aspects by sharing real world examples of launching products/services.
The panel is comprised of successful entrepreneurs, a sales/marketing expert, and an IP attorney.
The discussion will include the following topics:

· How to position your product/service in the market
· Selling your product/service in the market
· Evolving your product/service based on market demand
Open networking will take place before and after the panel discussion so you can interact with other entrepreneurs.

Rick has experienced in product design and development, marketing, domestic and international distribution and Far East manufacturing. He held many leadership positions including; President of Vtech Industries and CEO of Digital Innovations. He currently uses his prior experiences and talents to help others create or build their product or business. He is currently President/Founder of PDQ Mazoo, a product realization company and co-founder and executive coach in The Executives Profit a business consulting company.

Julia started GoPicnic in 2006 to launch the concept of tasty ready-to-eat meals that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere – no refrigeration or preparation required. GoPicnic’s meals allow people to conveniently take nutritious food wherever they go and additionally provide corporate partners with a unique solution to reduce foodservice waste, save costs, and generate ancillary revenue.
Today GoPicnic’s customers include United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, Virgin America and Amtrak, and GoPicnic meals are widely used in a variety of markets including hotels, camps, tourism, corporate events, foodservice, and school fundraising programs.
Julia has extensive experience starting and advising start-up companies; GoPicnic is her third venture. Julia holds BA and BS degrees from Miami University of Ohio, where she is on the advisory board for Miami’s Entrepreneurship program, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship to groups and at educational institutions.
Matt is a registered patent attorney and a member of his firm's intellectual property practice group. His practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, enforcement, licensing, and avoidance of U.S. and international patents. He has counseled clients large and small, including several start-ups, regarding the most cost-effective ways of obtaining and leveraging intellectual property rights for new products and services. In addition to patent law, Mr. Gavronski also is versed in trademark, trade dress, and trade secret law.
