Rick Mazursky has experience working with all sizes of companies from start-ups to nationally recognized corporations. He specializes in growing companies by capturing market share and attaining profitability. He also has extensive experience with product development and manufacturing in the Far East.

Rick has held numerous executive and leadership positions in companies that created and sold electronic educational toys, consumer electronics and software. He helped launch Cabbage Patch Dolls and was a partner in a toy business that was sold to a publicly traded company. He served as President of VTech Industries, President of G.P. Toys and CEO of Digital Innovations.

As Co-Founder of The Executives Profit, he currently coaches clients in a variety of service and product-oriented industries.

Jim Klein

Jim Klein serves as the Director of Sales at Sales Results. Mr. Klein has over three decades of business experience on both sides of the coin. He has held sales and management positions for several prominent companies as well as serving in an ownership and chairmanship capacity in other organizations-most notably, with the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago (between 1974-2004), as a past President of two centers and on the Executive Committee. Presently, he is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Museum of Contemporary Photography at Chicago's Columbia College, a position he has held since 1997. Since 2007, he has served on the Member Acquisition Committee of the Block Museum at Northwestern University. Mr. Klein's coaching style is a harmonic blend of practical sales training and a "street smart" view of the process. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1967 and a Masters in Marketing/Advertising from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in 1968. His extracurricular pursuits include contemporary art, travel, and golf.
